Just recently, we helped a large group of cats find care and shelter after they were abandoned – left behind on a front lawn after their owner had moved. Washington Health Outreach contacted us for help, and we were on-scene within 24 hours to assist in getting the cats to safety.
We welcomed 17 cats to our sanctuary for veterinary care and recovery, and placements were found for the remaining cats – ensuring each one found safety. Among the cats in our care are seven tiny kittens who are settling in at the sanctuary alongside the older cats. All of them are receiving the medical care they need while they adjust and get ready for adoption.

Rescues like this happen quickly and unexpectedly, but they are only possible because of your continued generosity. Your support allows us to respond when animals are abandoned and need immediate help – whether it’s one animal or seventeen.
Please continue to support this lifesaving work! Your donation today supports these rescued cats and all our work to end animal cruelty. Thank you for believing in this work and helping animals who would be left behind to fend for themselves!
