BREAKING NEWS: Our Humane Pet Sales Bill (HB 1424) has just been signed into law by Governor Inslee. This is a HUGE win for animals!
HB 1424 is an important step forward for Washington. This legislation protects both consumers and animals by ensuring that no new puppy-selling pet stores will be allowed to open and the puppy mill pipeline does not worsen in our state.
