DRIVING CHANGE THROUGH ANIMAL ADVOCACY LESSONS
Our Animal Advocacy programs for middle and high school include multi-day lesson plans featuring in-class or virtual presentations. These presentations and lessons encourage thoughtful discussions and reflections among students about their role in our various human-animal relationships.

Sanctuary tour field trips
Local schools and homeschool groups are invited to tour Pasado’s Safe Haven on a field trip. This opportunity is offered free of charge to classrooms K-12. Field trip days fill up quickly, we recommend scheduling these in advance!
Plant Powered Plates
Our Plant Powered Plates Campaign helps K-12 schools, universities, and hospitals make the shift towards providing more healthy, delicious, plant-based menu and meal options. We provide taste-testing opportunities, hands-on technical assistance, marketing materials, and engagement strategies for students, organizations, and communities.
LEAP Program for Teens
Leaders for Ethics, Animals, and the Planet (LEAP) is a revolutionary humane education program designed specifically for 9-12th Grade students who love animals. LEAP combines interactive curriculum modules with hands-on learning activities, leadership training, and real-world skill development.
