Plant Powered Popups are an easy way to test out some fun and delicious plant-based nuggets in your cafeteria. We will bring the nuggets to you and provide an opportunity for students to give them a try and provide feedback.

ABOUT REBELLYOUS FOODS
Plant-Based Popups are done in partnership with Rebellyous Foods, who provides all of the nuggets at no cost! Not only does Rebellyous Foods create delicious products, they do it using machines that are cost-effective and more environmentally friendly. Rebellyous Foods is a woman-founded company based locally in Seattle. “We set out to not only to make delicious plant-based nuggets, patties and tenders, but more importantly, to invent entirely new and better tools for making them. We are developing a new manufacturing system that is cleaner, more efficient, and better for the people who operate it. "
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Rebellyous Kickin' Nuggets are specifically crafted for K-12 school foodservice and are a direct replacement for conventional nuggets – with all of the nutrition kids need and the tast they love! Rebellyous’ Kickin’ Products are 100% vegan with no cholesterol, antibiotics, or hormones, all with less saturated fat and sodium. Rebellyous Kickin’ Nuggets meet USDA National School Lunch Program guidelines and provide 2 meat/meat alternative credits.
We enjoyed hosting the 'Plant-Based Pop-Up' at our high school! The students loved the Rebellyous nuggets and we look forward to adding more plant-based options to our lunch menus.
