Let’s take our taste buds on a trip to south-central Europe! Join Chef Amy as she whips up Italian dishes including her homemade lentil sausage. It’s delicious, protein-packed, and surprisingly easy. You’ll be able to cook along and ask questions as you go, and at the end of the class you’ll have a delicious meal that’s ready to eat!
