Read MoreWe are excited to partner with PCC to provide plant-based cooking classes to a wider audience! In this class, participants will discover plant-based dishes that deserve nothing but center stage. In a class that’s all about her childhood favorites, Chef Amy Webster will help instill the confidence you need to make plant-based swaps as she makes Beyond Mom’s Meatloaf – a riff on her mother’s recipe. She’ll also make Sloppy Joe’s and Rice Crispy Treats. A portion of class proceeds will be donated to Pasado’s Safe Haven.
