Join Pasado’s Safe Haven for our virtual Speaker Series where we feature inspiring change-makers and thought leaders who bring diverse insights into the human/animal connection and how it impacts our daily lives.

This Month’s Featured Speaker: Dr. Aysha Akhtar, a double Board-certified neurologist and public health specialist, will lead a thought-provoking discussion on the link between animals and public health. Animals living on food-production farms are one of the top sources of communicable diseases in the world, and the World Health Organization recently confirmed that COVID-19 likely came from an animal. Are we prepared for what might come next?
