Going Vegan Cooking Class with PCC: Childhood Favorites 9/20

We are excited to partner with PCC to provide plant-based cooking classes to a wider audience! In this class, participants will recreate childhood favorites with a vegan twist! PCC chef and cooking instructor, Ami Karnosh, will guide you through familiar classics that don’t skimp on decadence or flavor. You’ll learn how to transform mushrooms into “bacon” and make a creamy Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese that you would never guess is dairy-free! And since no list of nostalgic memories is complete without a sweet treat, PCC chef Ami will demonstrate how to whip up a batch of indulgent Coconut Cupcakes with creamy Cherry Cashew Frosting.

This is an in-person demonstration class offered in a PCC classroom.
