Festive Vegan Feast Cooking Class with PCC 11/17

We are excited to partner with PCC to provide plant-based cooking classes to a wider audience! In this class, participants will discover plant-based holiday dishes that deserve nothing but center stage. In a class that’s all about seasonal inspiration, Chef Amy will help instill the confidence you need to present holiday dishes without meat, dairy or eggs. Students will learn how to make a seitan roast that’s high in protein and flavor, a simple dairy-free Mushroom Gravy and a Green Bean Casserole that has been a staple on Amy’s holiday table for years. Finally, she’ll show you how to make Apple Rose Tarts – an elegant and festive finish to any meal.

This is an in-person demonstration class offered in a PCC classroom.
