You can do all that and more at the Sanctuary Shindig! We’ll have hay rides, face painting, pumpkin carving, pigs bobbing for apples, and all kinds of fun stuff to do. It’s an event for all ages so grab Grandma and Grandpa, and all the kiddos and head out to Pasado’s.

It’s time to get excited about our 3rd annual “Thanksgiving for the Turkeys” event!  Guests will enjoy a gourmet vegan meal prepared by Colin Patterson, owner and executive chef at Sutra in Seattle. You will also be able to meet our turkeys and some other animal guests, and celebrate as the turkeys enjoy their own Thanksgiving feast! We will be having 2 seatings this year, at 12:00 and 4:00. Seats are limited so reserve your spot soon!

Cardamon Cinderella Pumpkin soup topped with a black garlic Uma Boshi drizzle

Wild Watercress, Roasted Beet, Shaved Fennel, and Pickled Radish Salad with a Herbed-Lemon-Hempseed Dressing finished with Spicy Candied Sunflower Seeds.

Smoked Hedgehog Mushroom, Cashew Cheese Mung Bean Crepe, with Souvi Tokyo Turnips, Saute’d Chard and a Cranberry Chocolate Pasilla Negro Sauce.

Cinnamon Olympic Asian Pear Tort with a Pecan Brittle Crust and Topped with a Rose Coconut Ice Cream
