Chester, our blind pony, investigates our visitors with his muzzle
(image above left). Chester’s blindness was the direct result of abuse from his former owner – but he doesn’t let it get him down. His keen nostrils can smell a treat from a mile away! Babs gazes kindly at a tour guest who is offering her a special tour-day treat
(image above right). Babs was badly abused by her former owners
who used to use her for rodeo practice, but she has learned that she can trust here at the farm – and her heart has healed with the friendship of her constant companion, Chester.

Our guests have a “swine old time” with
Pasado's Pig Princess Louise (images above).
Lucky Louise escaped near death by jumping
out of a moving truck that was headed for
slaugher.

big girl here!
Dali Llama, the friendliest of our three
llamas, shares a moment with a smiling guest.
Dali is Pasado's "ambassador of kindness." Goose
E. Goose negotiates with a tour guest for some more treats.
Goose E. survived unspeakable torture from some
kids at a local pond before he was rescued to
live out his days in peace at our beautiful
sanctuary.

No kidding around here, opportunistic goat
Bonnie puts her face in the sack of treats,
while Cotton wants to know if our guest has something for “Ewe,” too!
(image above right). Another lady is all smiles
as beautiful Lamb Chop eyes her prize before taking a bite
(image above right).
Our goats are in their glory! Zsa Zsa and Eva enjoy a treat and some attention from our guests.
Daisy the cow shares a smile and a happy moment with
this sweet lady (image above right).
Have you ever kissed a cow? Pasado's Animal Caretaker Ellen shows us how! With a carrot in her mouth, Ellen gives
Bessie a quick smack, while tour guests get a
good laugh (image above left)! Friendly turkeys
are more than happy to gobble around with a generous visitor
(image above right).
Kitty City resident Pepper gave a very purrsonal
nose-to-nose greeting (image above left). Nose-touching is a sign of friendship with our feline friends.
Beautiful Bonita was happy to oversee the outdoor visitation at Misty’s Kitty City
(image above right).
Snickers and Daisy (images above), two dogs out of six
who were
rescued from an alleged hoarder were happy to
receive all kinds of attention and give out “free snuggles”
to our tour visitors.

story here!
Sweet Sabrina drank up the attention while
holding a carrot in her mouth (image above left) and Butch couldn’t stop smiling
as he enjoyed a good scratch (image above
