Here at Pasado’s Safe Haven, our volunteers are like the strands of our fabric.
And recently, one of our friends from the ABC-TV network affiliate sent us the good news that a local
business went the distance to give our animals a boost!
Vicki L. owns “The Bead Factory,” a south Puget Sound business that supplies beads from around the world. They
fill the niche of this specialty hobby and specialize in providing exemplary customer service.
After a particularly successful sale, Vicki passed on the good news, including what her customers helped make happen.
“Thank you so very much for a great sale!” Vicki said. “We were able to move lots of overstocked
beads, but more importantly, we were able to send
a donation to Pasado's Safe Haven!"
“Now, sales have been challenging and money has been tight for us, too, this last year,” Vicki continued.
“But I'm not an abused dog, who now has cancer through the negligence of my owners, and who was dumped off
and can't take care of myself. So I know that our money is going to a really wonderful cause.”
Pasado's appreciates our supporters - without YOU we would not be able to
accomplish the things we do for the animals.
We’ve heard from many long-term supporters
letting us know that we’re doing a good job. The animals who we help
may not be able to hear their words, but they mean the
world to us (and make us work even harder).
Thanks to Vicki, “The Bead Factory,” and to all of you who stand up for the animals. And thank you for standing
by this miracle called Pasado’s Safe Haven!
This sanctuary is truly one-of-a-kind. From its rolling fields nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains to its "cage-free" philosophy, all of the animals here have a true refuge. At Misty's Kitty City, our cats can freely roam outside, thanks to a state-of-the-art fence that keeps predators out and residents safe inside. Our Dog Towne residents have their own cabins, spacious outdoor areas, and playful socialization with fellow residents! It's a different philosophy: a sanctuary that is, first and foremost, a sanctuary for the animals.
All our animals benefit from your
donations.

(don't forget
to ask your employer to match your donation)
