He may have a military name, but this sweet civilian is completely disarming!
Panzer was left behind at an area shelter when
his owner decided he didn’t have enough time for
him. We can never understand how a beloved
family member can be abandoned when they need
our love the most.
Soon after Panzer’s abandonment, his time at the shelter grew short. As an older dog, euthanasia was a tragic –
but likely – outcome. Families looking for a pet usually seek out the younger dogs, and middle-aged Panzer watched
sadly as he was passed over time and again. He had a hero’s heart, but no opportunity to show his true colors.
But Pasado’s saw promise in this handsome, hopeful boy, and when the call came, we answered in full force.
Panzer is a well-mannered black lab mix armed with personality, kindness, and
affection. His autumn orange eyes glow with warmth, and at 7 years old, he has wisdom and exuberance.
Panzer’s personable nature and sweet, gentle personality make him a hit. He’s very popular here at the
farm – he’s friends with everyone, whether they have two or four legs. Panzer loves exploring, taking
long walks, and enjoying some much-deserved “TLC.”
But what Panzer would most like is to be a hit in a nurturing home. He’s a perfect fit for any family
and he deserves to be loved and appreciated.
