Sentenced to 3 months incarceration,
deferred to 240 hours of
community service and must pay restitution and fines of $1,415.00 to be completed
in 5 ½ months or the judge will issue a
bench warrant for his arrest.
FELONY:
RCW 9.41.040 and
9.41.047
He admitted publicly to tying the goat to a tree and repeatedly shooting him with arrows.
Can you imagine a death like this? No living thing should have to suffer what this goat suffered.
This is what Pasado's Safe Haven stands for! What we've fought for from the very

passage of the very first cruelty bill in the state of
Washington named after Pasado the donkey, a 21-year-old beloved fixture at a Seattle area park that died after three teen boys
brutally beat and hung him.

those who have committed heinous acts of animal cruelty.
This story is another testimony to this very goal - "HURT AN ANIMAL PAY THE PRICE!" We do NOT condone animal cruelty in any way!
At Pasado's Safe Haven, we feel no animal should suffer. It is as simple as that. Whether it's a goat, cow, dog, cat, chicken,
pig, turkey, or donkey - it feels. Happiness. Comfort. Warmth. Animals also feel fear, cold, hunger, and pain. We continually
to work to relieve the suffering of those animals who cry out - and are not heard.
Two juvenile boys were also arraigned on the
same charges. Their trial date is Thursday,
