I have enclosed my check payable to Pasado's Safe Haven in the amount of $_________ to cover the minimum $25.00 donation per person (no children under the age of 12 please. Special tours for children's groups can be arranged.).  I understand my donation is fully tax-deductible, and that no tickets will be mailed to me.  My name and the number in my party will be listed at the Pasado's Safe Haven reception desk on the day of my visit.  I also understand there will be no refund of donations, but I may re-schedule my visit for a different scheduled day by notifying the sanctuary by calling 360-793-9393 up to 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled event.

We will send an acknowledgment of your reservation, with directions to the sanctuary by e-mail, postal mail, or fax. There is no need to telephone or e-mail us for confirmation. We will expect to see you on your reserved tour day!

If the tour date you have chosen is full, we will e-mail or call you to re-schedule another day.
