About a year ago, Stacey M., Monroe, WA Taco Time Manager, began a search for a dog.   That's when she first learned of Pasado's Safe Haven.  Even though she did end up adopting from a local shelter she was impressed by "all of the good things" she saw and "the scale in which Pasado's helps animals" so she continued to follow Pasado's stories on the website.

Then came the opportunity for her to help Pasado's and make a difference in the lives of animals through her own Taco Time store.   Taco Time is offering the "Ned's Coupon Book" fundraising program to raise much needed funding for local non-profits.  "These groups provide valuable services to their communities and we are thrilled to be able to help facilitate their fundraising goals," said Gretchen Everett, director of marketing and advertising for Taco Time Northwest.   Remember all of the touching stories she had read, Stacey chose Pasado's to be the recipient for the Coupon Book Fundraiser in her store.
 

The coupon book sells for just $1 and contains $5 worth of Taco Time coupons good through July 31.  Pasado's will receive 100% of the proceeds from coupon books sold at the Monroe, WA location.

For those of us who work and volunteer here, words can not express how much it means to have support from businesses like Taco Time.  We are so thankful to people like Stacey M. that choose not only to raise money for us but also help educate her customers about what Pasado's is all about and how we improve the lives of animals in need.  "It's the least we can do to help such a great cause," said Stacey.
