Pasado’s Safe Haven, a national animal rescue organization located
outside Seattle, Washington, is asking the nation to give a voice to the
8-week-old puppy who was stomped to death for “messing in the house”.
GOAL OF NATIONAL OUTRAGE
- JUSTICE SERVED!
Pasado’s Safe Haven is asking the nation to speak
up to make sure that the perpetrator of this heinous act of animal
cruelty is prosecuted to the fullest level of the law. The alleged
killer will face a maximum fine of $1000 and up to 6 months in jail.
Pasado’s is urging the public to send their polite and respectful
comments urging Gaston County District Attorney, Locke Bell, to
prosecute this perpetrator with the maximum punishment.
RECORD ANIMAL CRUELTY LAWS PASSED – USE THEM!
Pasado’s Safe Haven has written and passed four animal cruelty laws in
the last four years – a national record. Pasado’s rescued over 1200
animals in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and reunited many of the
displaced animals with their families. Pasado’s works with people
across the country to force cruelty cases to trial, to pass tougher
animal cruelty legislation and to rescue the animals that no one else
helps.
