Pasado's Team Georgia
is going for the
gold!!!
This is how they started -
just a few people with enormous heart. They started collecting dog
houses and beds, toys, and food...and then they were off!

This wonderful group of women joined forces with
Pasado’s Safe Haven to bring some joy and comfort to needy pets by
signing up Home for the HOWLidays. A picture is truly
worth a thousand words. While we choose to go out on Christmas Day in
the Pacific Northwest, they decided to start early since chilly nights
are common in Georgia.
They forwarded photos from
their first venture out in search of animals who have nothing. The
animals they found now have sturdy, safe doghouses to
live in, blankets to keep them warm and toys to remind them that they
have compassionate and generous neighbors who are thinking of them. |

Although they brought
comfort to so many, they're not stopping there. The goal to Home for the
HOWLidays is to also spay and neuter. The less unwanted animals means
the more loved and cared for pets. By making friends with dog and cat
guardians and building trust, it's a snap to offer to "fix" their
beloved dog or cat. |

Team Georgia continued
throughout the winter months to collect donated houses. Pasado's Safe
Haven sent them a $250 PETsMART Gift Card to help, something we'll do
for you, too if you start a legacy for the needy animals in your area -
and we'll keep helping that way year after year!
Pasado's Team Georgia asked friends for donations in lieu of holiday gifts
using a darling poster they made themselves. What a great idea! And
would any gift make them feel better and more fulfilled than this? |

When they got to see the
faces of the families and pets they have helped, it was all worth it. Pasado's Safe Haven could not be more
proud to partner with these true
modern-day heroes! |
