Meet our
Volunteer Veterinary Angels!
You can imagine, based on your own pet's vet bills, what it might cost to
care for all of the elderly dogs and cats we rescue from shelters. It's
simply - well, staggering.
Dr. Ken Jacobsen at Redwood Animal Hospital has been our guardian
angel for years. Thanks to Lori M-K, a dedicated client of Dr. J's, we
were put in touch with this compassionate, talented vet and his crew. Take
a tour of their awesome facility and meet the staff here! |
| We recently
put out the call to our volunteers and supporters and asked if they would ask their own vets one simple question: “Would you help Pasado’s Safe Haven free-of-charge??
And the answer came
loud and clear - so many vets "stepped up" to help us - and now,
it's your turn to bring them your business. They're all compassionate,
caring professionals, who'd give your pet the best of care!

Rescuing
elderly dogs & cats means lots of dental work. Most of the animal we
pull from the shelters before euthanasia end up needing tooth extractions
(or ten) or at least a cleaning. Come to the rescue, Dr. Gregg DuPont, Dr.
Linda DeBowes & staff! Shoreline Veterinary Dental Clinic offers their
services to our old ones out of the goodness of their hearts - and came
highly recommended by their clients. That's how we found them to ask if
they'd provide pro bono care! - If your beloved needs dental care, please
contact these folks - they so nice, and competent, compassionate
caregivers. Click here to

When
Amanda, one of our elderly dogs rescued from euthanasia needed urgent
care, the people you see above stepped up. Dr.
Daniel Frey, Dr. Alan Marsh, and the caring staff of Woodinville Animal
Hospital. (Rueben & Moochie pictured too!) saved Amanda's life.
They also help us at no charge monthly. There is no way we could save the
animals we do with people like them! If you live in the Bellevue area,
check them out here! |
