Cassie is very shy and would like to be adopted with her brave brother Nutmeg.

Cassie is a 6 month old female cat who was rescued by a Good Samaritan with her Momma Aurora, and her brother Nutmeg.  Cassie is a beautiful, petite, diluted calico with  gorgeous creamy fur that fades almost to peach in some places.  Because Cassie was semi feral when we rescued her, she will need just the right person to love her.  Cassie likes to cuddle up close with her brother Nutmeg and sit on their window seat in the sunshine.  She is shy, and timid, but with time and love we believe that she will continue to grow more social and loving.

Cassie is very shy and can often be found hiding, but she is slowly getting braver and ventures out longer and longer to play with her brother.  Cassie is one of our “special office friends” so she does get daily socializing, but it is generally always with the same people.  She would need patience in a new home.  Cassie needs someone special and preferably familiar with socializing shy kittens to understand her special needs.  Cassie will do best in a home with no dogs.  Cassie would love to be adopted along with her brother Nutmeg or her mommy Aurora.

I currently have two ferals as pets.  Wild at first but sweet pussycats now.  Feral cats are remarkably smart as they must rely on their wits to survive.
