Nutmeg was born in a feral colony and is now looking for his forever home.
Nutmeg is a 6 month old male cat who was rescued with his semi-feral Momma Aurora, and his sister Cassie. Nutmeg is a gorgeous long, lean, ginger Tabby who is very sweet, and will make just the right person a great companion. He loves to sit up in a window seat all day watching the world go by.
He is friendly, especially with the ladies, but only after he gets used to you. He is still fairly shy and nervous with men, but we have every faith that he will get used to one with more exposure. Nutmeg is one of our “office friends” so he doesn’t get a whole lot of exposure to men. We love Nutmeg though, and after he warms up to you he will let you pet him and love him. Nutmeg will do best in a home with no dogs and with people who understand that he is special and will need much more gentle but persistent socializing and understanding. Nutmeg would love to be adopted with his sister Cassie.
