Justice should not be ignored for any reason, be it familial, personal bias against nonhuman animals, or apathy. Pasado’s will continue to pursue this important case as we seek justice for these innocent animals and a community in search of answers.

Please be polite and professional.  Suggested speaking points for Sheriff Salisbury:

1. A legitimate investigation into the deaths of these two horses needs to be conducted.

2.  The two remaining horses need to be removed from the suspect.

3.  Animal cruelty is a crime and should be taken seriously.  People that hurt animals are 5 times more likely to hurt a human.  Ask Sheriff Salisbury to use the laws already in place to protect animals and the community.

If there are more horses or any other animals on the premises they should be removed immediately..obviously lack of care is a concern here..no matter what the reason is, there is no reason for a starving animal..especially to death..

A full, fair, unbiased investigation into the deaths of these 2 horses is a necessity, with consequent prosecution carried out to the full extent the law allows. I know I wouldn’t want to live or conduct business in a community that allows such barbarism to take place, and I also know that I’m not the only one to feel that way.  Sheriff Salisbury, please see to it that justice is done.
